My screen broke after two year I dont use much this tv and it broke as if someone punched it and I didnt no one uses it so weird. Tried to get in contact with lg customer services is awful didnt help at all

Do not recommend buying a tv online. If it arrives a day later than expected and you are on your way out the door for an extended vacation if the screen was cracked in shipment LG will not exchange it or refund your money and you are out nearly $400. I tried to keep all of my new appliance purchases as LG but I will avoid the brand now.

Bought this a few weeks ago and it has served me well for what I got it for. I like how the image is sharp and colors are good but one complaint is sometimes the os gets laggy but its nothing major usually only happens when first powering on.

Very Bad process for returns

Horrible. The TV arrived completely damaged. Since that time I have made 3 phone calls and communicated 3 times via email and I am still waiting for the return label. It has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had with respect to purchasing anything online. I understand that LG cannot control how FedEx handles a TV but they sure can help their customers get a shipping label to send it back. Horrible I chose 1 star as I was unable to choose 0
