HBL8750UC 800 Series Stainless Steel

We love this wall unit! This oven bakes incredibly! A turkey in this oven comes out perfectly brown and very juicy on the inside! Unfortunately we have recently had a over $700 repair bill! We have prepaid for the part and labor and at the present time are without an oven! Hopefully in a couple of weeks the repairman will be back and the oven will be fixed! When I called Bosch they gave me a list of repair company in our area! This unit is very expensive to purchase so we are hoping this will fix the problem! The repairman stated that if this didn't remedy the issue we still had the bill! My question is "why don't they know" !

We bought this in 2012 and it has been working fine. Recently, the microwave stopped heating and the tech found that it is due to controller and magnetron fail and the cost of repair is ~$500. Hence, we thoguht of replacing the microwave by a new one from Bosch. We could not find a similar model to fit the existing slot. I am very upset that Bosh stopped manufacturing equvalent microwave model and now we have to replace to whole rack (microwave+ oven) and it is costing a lot. I wish Bosch supports this kind of problem. Thanks
